Damaged or Incorrect Items
In rare cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@doorsoftunisia.com.
To process your request, we may require:

• Clear images of the product

• Images of packaging

• Order details

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

• All handcrafted products

• Items purchased on sale or discount

• Perishable goods (such as dates, Olive Oil & Others)
